As an artist I absorb my environment and create artwork to make sense of what I see, feel and hear, using instinctual processes which allow freedom of creativity. My work often consists of randomness and experimental processes which allows materials to take their own form, sometimes out of their 'normal' realm.
Since completing my studies in Art Psychotherapy my artistic practice has not changed but I know now why I unconsciously follow certain processes in my art making, and painting helps me to realise my inner emotional world.
